Get Creative @ Your Library
Join the fun this summer and read, read, read. Every age has a program. Even the adults can read and keep a log of titles. Read 5 and be entered into the drawing for gifts. Summer is a perfect time to read new cookbooks, planting books, and beach fiction. Join the fun and be a winner.
Volunteer Program
The summer offers the library an excellent opportunity to bring in a new class of volunteers. This summer we have several new teens and some adults sharing their time with us. With the huge amount of books coming and going home with you, we need help shelving, cutting, and getting up close and personal with our movie collection! Thanks to everyone who helps us. We could not do this job alone.
Summer Reading Program for All
Miss Bev and Miss Tina are working daily to create a fun and challenging summer reading program. We will kick this off with a visit to the Graham Elementary School with a performer. June 1st begins the program and we will host the parties on July 24 and 25. Get Creative @ Your Library this year. There will be a low key program for adults who like to read too.
The Power of Doodles.
Doodle on a sheet of paper and bring it to the library for display. Draw a picture, use markers, or write a poem. We want to display your art this summer in the entry hall. Let’s create an art gallery.
